Fill out the IPOPHL-EPO PPH Request Form
Attach the following:
- Copies of all office actions, which were sent for the corresponding application by the Office of Earlier Examination (OEE) or the latest work product in the international phase of a PCT application, the Written Opinion-International Search Authority or, where a demand under PCT Chapter II has been filed, the Written Opinion-International Preliminary Examining Authority or the IPER.
- Copies of all claims determined to be patentable/allowable by the OEE.
- Copies of references cited by the OEE examiner.
- Claim correspondence table
Submit the form and attachments to the Receiving Office. No filing fee required.
