• In sending emails to the BCRR concerning a pending application, please use csd@ipophl.gov.ph. Applicants must also observe the following subject line: 
  
  • INQUIRY FOR REFERENCE NO. (insert reference number) – for general questions regarding your copyright registration application.

  • FOLLOW-UP FOR REFERENCE NO. (insert reference number) – for following up on a pending application.

Pay

Pay the fees online

• Check your email for the E-Statement of Account (SOA) and pay the filing feesindicated therein. Send the proof of payment to BCRR via email to csd@ipophl.gov.ph
• For sending the Electronic Official Receipt (eOR), kindly use this for the email subject line:
  • eOR FOR REFERENCE NO. (insert reference number) 
• For payment concerns, please send an email to: epayment.queries@ipophl.gov.ph and provide the eSOA Number. Please use this subject line for your email:
