PUBLICATION OF BLA DECISION AND FINAL ORDERS

Notice is given that service by publication in the IPOPHL website is hereby adopted in the following decisions or final orders issued by the Bureau of Legal Affairs pursuant to Rule 9, Section 2 (b) of IPOPHL MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-007 (Revised Rules and Regulations on Inter Partes Proceedings).  

Per records of the Bureau, the following decisions or final orders were served to the parties, counsel of record or representative of record by personal service, service by registered mail or private courier, while the concerned party either refuses to receive a copy of the decision, final order or resolution or has moved out of the address indicated in the pleadings or other records in the Bureau and/or IPOPHL.  

Accordingly, within ten (10) days after posting of the decision or final order issued by the Assistant Director or Adjudication Officer in the IPOPHL website, the party concerned may file together with the payment of the applicable fees, the appropriate appeal to the Office of the Director of the Bureau of Legal Affairs.  

For decision or final order issued by the BLA Director, the same may be appealed to the Office of the Director General within thirty (30) days after posting of the decision or final order in the IPOPHL website. The failure to file the appropriate appeal within the prescribed period shall render the decision or final order final and executory.
