Non-Face-to-Face Education and Copyright Issues

IPOPHL's Bureau of Copyright and Related Rights, in partnership with Korea Copyright Commission, will conduct a half-day forum to discuss the copyright issues that arise from the implementation of online learning on November 26, 2020, 2:00PM

The KCC has long been a partner of IPOPHL in promoting awareness and copyright protection in the country. Since their partnership in various activities conducted way back in 2010, both have shared valuable insights and best practices in the effective implementation of IP in their respective countries and how the copyright-based industries would benefit and be given much protection needed.

Filipino and Korean experts in the field of copyright and education/online learning and policy will be invited.  Best practices in digital/online learning and fair use in the “new normal” shall be discussed. The activity will be conducted in English with Korean translation via Zoom platform and will be broadcasted through Facebook Live.
