Minimum Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Training design and development, training management, stakeholder’s management, coordination and collaboration

 

Job Description:

  1. Develop and design instructional materials (handouts, lecture documents, visual presentations, on-line instructional materials, etc.) in intellectual property knowledge to enhance IP learning of the society.

  2. Implement and conduct basic, intermediate, advanced and specialized training and learning programs of IPOPHL on intellectual property for external customers of IPOPHL.

  3. Assist the division in creating supporting material/media (video, audio, documents, exercises, etc.) and provide activities that enhance the IP learning process of the target audience.

  4. Develop and design surveys, examinations, evaluating forms, and other validating documents to gauge the effectiveness of the training programs as well as the learning level of the targeted audience.

  5. Provide technical support in the creation and implementation of IPOPHL’s various learning management system including the modules, learning paths, and classroom management.
