Minimum Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience

Eligibility: CS Professional/ RA 1080 for positions which require the practice of profession

Competency:

Exemplifying integrity, Personal effectiveness, Promoting change, innovation and learning, Decision making, Teamwork, Communicating effectively, Delivering quality service (proficient in Microsoft Office)

Highly proficient in microsoft office suite and equivalent software; Working knowledge on Intellectual Property law and Enforcement

Job Description:

  1. Evaluate IPR Violation Reports filed with IEO
  2. Conduct research on matters relating to IPR enforcement;
  3. Prepare units input on IPR enforcement matters as may be assigned;
  4. Provide technical support to meetings, dialogues, forums as assigned.
  5. Monitor IPR violations online and offline;
  6. Represent the Office in inter-agency meetings;
  7. Prepare powerpoint presentations and digital art;
  8. Provide organizational and logistical support for the meetings and events of the IEO particularly FGDs, Workshop, Training and other information awareness campaigns;
  9. Provide technical support in the preparation of project documents, programs, briefing papers, work plans and other related documents; and
  10. Perform other functions that may be assigned or delegated by the Supervising Director, Deputy Director General of the IEO, or by the Immediate Supervisor.
