Financial, Management and Administrative Service - Human Resource Management and Development Division

 

Minimum Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (preferably BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent)

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience (i.e., with extensive experience on Human Resource functions, specifically in Learning & Development and Performance Management)

Eligibility: CS Professional

Human Resource expertise;
Training administration and management;
Performance management; Talent acquisiiton and development; Employee welfare; Succession planning; Knowledge in CSC related rules and regulations
