Minimum Qualification Standards

Education: Completion of two (2) years studies in college

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility: CS Sub-Professional

General administration and office operations

Job Description:

  1. Serve as the Division’s budget officer, who will prepare the budget proposals, monitor and track PRIA’s budget utilization, and assist in preparing relevant documentary requirements, e.g. Work Financial Plan, Project Procurement Management Plan, etc.;

  2. Perform administrative work in terms of receiving and releasing of documents of the Division, including monitoring and maintenance of PRIA’s files as document custodian;

  3. Prepare the minutes of the internal meetings of the Division;

  4. Organize the meetings that are being convened by the Division by accomplishing all logistical requirements for the said meetings;

  5. Facilitate the processing of human resource-related and travel-related documents of the Division, e.g. payroll of contract of service, leave forms, daily time record, itinerary of travel, justifications, reimbursement, liquidation, etc.

  6. Perform the administrative work related to procurement activities of the Division, e.g. preparation of purchase requests, vouchers, abstract of canvass, etc., and liaising with relevant offices, service providers, and suppliers; and

  7. Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
