Minimum Qualification Standards

Education: Completion of two (2) years studies in college

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Job Description:

  1. Performs hands on computer jobs such as word processing, graphics, etc. in the preparation of final orders, decisions and notices for mailing and in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly report;
  2. Prepares minutes of hearings of inter partes cases;
  3. Takes down and transcribes verbatim shorthand notes of testimonies and
    comments of parties, witnesses, lawyers & hearing officers/attorneys;
  4. Receives and releases communications and other papers/pleadings;
  5. Generally carries out clerical tasks as may be assigned by the management
    or technical staff of the Bureau;
  6. Cooperates with and assists other units of the Bureau;
  7. Prepares and submits periodic reports as may be required; and
  8. Performs such other functions or tasks which may be assigned by the
    superiors, especially those which concern the operations and functions of this Bureau.
