The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) of the Republic of Korea, invites young content creators ages 21 to 30, from across the country to join the “IP in 60 Seconds” TikTok Video Competition.

This is a nationwide search for content creators who will pack creativity, knowledge, and impact into a 1-minute video that explores the world of IP. From copyright and trademarks to patents and industrial designs, the video can be in a form of breaking down complex or simple IP concepts, sharing real-life IP stories, or creatively promoting the value of protecting the creation of the human mind through a 1-minute TikTok video.

10 finalists will be selected to join the 3-day collaborative learning experience with an all-expense paid trip to Manila (transportation and accommodation).

There will be a gastronomy tour, networking, and industry expert talks featuring sessions with experts from IPOPHL and TikTok, and viral sensation Abi Marquez aka the Lumpia Queen. During this immersive experience, finalists will engage in hands-on activities and mentorship that will ultimately determine two grand winners who will take home video production kits worth ₱150,000 in total.
