How to Apply for Trademark Registration
Step 2
- Select which type of mark you want to register. You may include details such as Disclaimers, Transliteration, Description of the Mark, and Color values if needed.
Step 3
- List down the goods or services covered by your mark. If you already know your Goods and Services, click “I want to provide my list”, then click the “next” button.
Step 4
- Priority claim of an earlier date. If you don’t have an international application, just click “No” and the “next” button to proceed.
- Fill out the Applicant details. After completing the form you will have to click “Add” to upload your details to our records. If you have an Authorized Representative kindly fill out this portion as well, then click the “next” button.
Step 5
- Declare your entity status (Small Entity for assets below Php 100M, Big Entity for assets above Php 100M) by choosing which applies then click “submit”.
Step 6
- Pay online by choosing your payment channels (Dragonpay, Paymaya, or Visa), after which, instructions will be shown on how to proceed.
