In the interest of the service and as part of our continuing effort to “Raise the Ante for Customer Service” under our BRIGHT Agenda, the IPOPHL Office for Strategy Management (OSM) will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey from January 3 to 19, 2024 via online platform to gather feedback on the services we provided to our clients in 2023.

In this regard, we request all our stakeholders — from individual clients, Innovation and Technology Support Offices (ITSOs), the creatives sector, inventors, law firms, patent agents, academe, government agencies, and others, to kindly submit your responses by close of business hours on Friday, 19 January 2024 through the following links.

The data that will be gathered from this activity shall be evaluated and reported as a collective data to ensure confidentiality in the entire process. The results of the survey shall be used to further enhance our service delivery to customers and stakeholders and in formulating our programs, activities, and projects.
