The IPOPHL Mailbox Rental Service allows applicants, agents, and stakeholders to maintain a dedicated mailbox within the IP Center Building for receiving official communications from IPOPHL.
The service provides a centralized and secure means of receiving physical correspondence related to transactions with the Office.

Important Guidelines
Key Issuance
A one-time key will be issued to the lessee.

Mailbox Usage
Only official IPOPHL communications may be placed in the mailbox.
Lock Tampering
Tampering with the mailbox lock may result in termination of the rental service.

Upon approval of the registration form by the FMAS Director, a statement of account will be issued by the cashier. After payment, a copy of the official receipt should be provided to the mailing unit prior to the issuance of the key.
