The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) is conducting its Customer Service Satisfaction Survey for CY 2025 to gather feedback from our clients and stakeholders to help us improve the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of our services in accordance with the Ease of Doing Business / Anti-Red Tape Act and IPOPHL’s Citizen’s Charter.
