Technical / Functional Expertise:
1. Proficient in coordinating and monitoring transport services, including vehicle requests, trip tickets, movement logs, and driver schedules.
2. Knowledgeable in facilities management support, including minor maintenance coordination, cleanliness, workplace safety, and equipment monitoring.
3. Capable of maintaining accurate records and logs for vehicles, equipment, and facility usage, and generating routine reports and transmittals.
4. Provides clerical and administrative support, including document encoding, filing, and coordination of requests and communications.
5. Skilled in customer service, ensuring courteous, prompt, and professional assistance to internal clients regarding facilities and transport services.

2. Observes workplace safety protocols and assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and functional office environment.

Residency Requirement:
Preferably resident within Metro Manila or nearby areas to ensure timely response to transport requests, facility issues, and operational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provides routine administrative and logistical support to the Facilities and Transport Section to ensure the efficient conduct of daily operations and services.
2. Assists in the scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of transport services, including vehicle requests, trip tickets, and movement logs, in accordance with established procedures.
3. Maintains and updates basic records and logs related to vehicles, equipment, facilities usage, and maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
4. Supports facilities management activities by assisting in the coordination of minor repairs, maintenance works, cleanliness, and workplace safety requirements.
5. Assists in the preparation, encoding, and filing of routine documents, reports, requests, and communications related to facilities and transport operations.
6. Coordinates with drivers, maintenance personnel, and concerned units to facilitate timely transport services and facility support.
7. Assists in monitoring the availability and condition of office facilities, vehicles, and related equipment, and reports observed issues or concerns to the immediate supervisor.
8. Provides courteous, service-oriented assistance to internal clients in relation to facilities and transport requests.
9. Observes proper care, accountability, and responsible use of government property, equipment, and resources.
10. Performs other related support and utility functions as may be assigned to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Facilities and Transport Section.
