There have been numerous complaints received from online filers who opt to “Pay through IPOPHL Cashier” of having to still line up for the issuance of a manually prepared Statement of Account before they can finally pay at the IPOPHL Cashier.

In order to address the above situation, as well as to efficiently process payments for applications received through IPOPHL e-Filing systems, the option to “Pay through IPOPHL Cashier” has been disabled effective immediately.

All online filers can now avail of hassle-free online payment by paying through DragonPay’s numerous online banking partners or through over-the-counter payment centers (such as LBC, SM Payment centers, Cebuana, 7-11, etc) to complete their transactions online. What’s more, all e-filers can expect to be issued their electronic Official Receipts (e-OR) through their email accounts within 1 to 3 working days upon successfully completing their e-filing and e-payment transactions.
