                           Plural term/keyword should also be searched using its singular form.
                               Example: for "DOGS", use also "DOG" as keyword
                          Term/Keyword ending in a vowel   or vowel-sounding or silently-pronounced
                               consonant  should also be searched with such ending omitted.
                               Example: for "ROSE", use "ROS" as keyword                                
                          Keyword ending in ed, er, est, ier, iest, ier, iest, ing or ness should also be searched with
                              such ending truncated.
                               Example: for "WALKED", use also "WALK" as keyword

    The Philippine Trademark Online Search System (PhilTM O-SEARCH) enables you to conduct  a simple and user-friendly search on the IPO’s trademark (TM) database which are regularly updated. However, please note that with the time lag in updating, which is about a week's time at present, the search results may not show trademark applications that have been filed very recently with the IPO as they may still be in the encoding process. Search results are provided in  forms of searched records list and bibliographic details. Search input may either   be  keyword/s, applicant/registrant,  class of goods/services, application number or registration number.  Operators “AND” and “OR” are provided for a more flexible and effective search.

    You may come out with favorable search results convincing you to apply your intended Mark at the IPO, but this does not guarantee its registration. Once filed at IPO, your application will undergo an independent and exhaustive search and examination by the Examiner which may result to a registration approval or refusal of your Mark.

    IPO does not warrant 100% accuracy and completeness of the information contained in its trademark database. It is also not responsible on how the user/searcher uses such information. As such, IPO will not be liable for any damage that may result from the use of any information in its trademark database. This database is for personal research and information purposes only and should not be completely relied upon in making business/commercial decisions. The user is advised to seek professional assistance/services if a thorough search of the database or interpretation of search results is desired.
 

NOTE:  

This TM Database is now undergoing an updating process, specifically its record Status to match accurately with that of the Master File or Record Book on file. Status box without any entry indicates that the TM document may either be Deemed Cancelled (reg. TM) or Abandoned (TM application) based on the Record Book, in which case its TM image/facsimile has not been scanned/inputted into the TM database. Eventually, such TM document will be removed from this database.
