NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION

                 Pursuant to the mandate of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines and to effectively implement Section 10 thereof, the Intellectual Property Office proposes amendments to the existing Regulations on Inter Partes Proceedings. The draft of the proposed amendment to the Regulations on Inter Partes Proceeding has been posted in the IPO website since April 12, 2005.

                All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendments on June 3, 2005 at the Multi Purposed Hall, Intellectual Property Office, 6th Floor, IPO Bldg., 351 Sen Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
