Fashion designer secures trademarks. The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IP Philippines) recently granted four (4) trademarks to famed fashion designer Cesar Gaupo (center) for his ready to wear clothing, shoes and accessories line. IP Philippines Director General Atty. Adrian S. Cristobal, Jr. presented the Certificate of Trademarks to Gaupo. The official presentation of the Certificate of Trademarks was witnessed by Gaupo’s counsel, Atty. Gabriela R. Concepcion from Nisce Mamuric Guinto Rivera and Alcantara law firm.
