The Workshop will be attended by thirty (30) participants inter alia IPO Patent Examiners, DOST (Industrial Technology Development Institute), Patent Agents, R & D Institutions (PhilRice Research Institute, United Lab and Splash Research Institute), Patent Specialists from Law Firms, and Inventor/SME.

The activity aims to further the knowledge on patent drafting among the Philippine IP profession as well as to prepare interested professionals for the Patent Agent Qualifying Examination (PAQE), which is expected to take place in early 2006.
