IP Philippines holds four-day advanced course for judges. The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IP Philippines) in partnership with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and the National Judicial Institute Canada-Juris Project will hold a four-day advance course on intellectual property law for judges in commercial courts. It will be held on November 14 to 17 at the Rockwell Club. The course which focuses on patents, trademarks and copyrights will present landmark jurisprudence on IP law, the application of key principles and doctrines in resolving cases and other topics.
