The public is hereby invited to the hearing to discuss and finalize the draft of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Memorandum of Agreement entered into by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IP Philippines) and the National Telecommunications Communications (NTC) on June 26, 2006. The public hearing is scheduled on February 21, 2007, two o’clock in the afternoon at the Multi-Purpose Hall, 6th Floor, IP Philippines’ Building, 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. The Implementing Rules and Regulations draft provides for an administrative mechanism to effectively and expeditiously resolve cases involving cable piracy and copyright infringement.
